Financial Planner and wealth manager Kingswood Group, which confirmed it was potentially up for sale earlier this year, has reported a 10% rise in group operating profit to £5m for the first half of 2023.

Leading Financial Planner Amyr Rocha Lima and fellow planner Ian Cooke have launched a new Financial Planning practice in Surrey and announced the acquisition of another Financial Planning firm.

Group operating profit rose 36% to £8.7m at Financial Planner and wealth manager Kingswood in 2022, according to a trading update this morning.

Rapidly expanding wealth manager and Financial Planner Kingswood Holdings has warned that 2022 revenue is likely to be down 3.9% year on year to £143.6m.
