Budding Paraplanners are being asked what would be the top three wishes they ask a genie to grant them in order to help them kick start their careers.
And if their answers are impressive enough they could win a competition to get real help to get a foot in the door.
The Paraplanners, headed by IFP board member Richard Allum, is looking to give aspiring Paraplanners a leg up on the career ladder.

To aid in this, it will be giving two undergraduates the chance to go the IFP's Paraplanning conference. It takes place in Warwick from 20 to 21 May.
Two students interested in a Paraplanning or Financial Planning career are to get free full packages to attend the event – if they are successful in their application.
Mr Allum said: "The team were talking about how people – in particular, undergraduates – find out about careers in Paraplanning and what the profession involves.
"We concluded that, unless they already had connections, gaining experience and insight into a Paraplanning career must be quite difficult."
Two ambitious students who want to join Mr Allum's team at the IFP's Paraplanning Conference can enter a competition to win the places at the event.
Mr Allum said: "If you, or somebody you know, is considering Paraplanning as a career we'd like to invite them to submit a response – of no more than 200 words – that completes the following statement: If I was granted three wishes to kick-start my career in the Financial Planning profession, I'd wish for..."
Entries should must be received by midday on 30 April.
Mr Allum said: "Successful entries are likely to be well structured, clear and concise. However, entertaining prose, which gives us an inkling of the entrants' personality, will also be very welcome.
"We'll review entries and let the successful entrants know by phone on Friday 8 May 2015."
Entries must include name, email address and a contact phone number.
