Mr Campbell is replacing Graham Bentley who left the firm in March to set up his own consultancy firm.
The role will focus on marketing Skandia's investment proposition in the UK and internationally, particularly with Old Mutual Global Investors and Skandia Select partners.
Mr Campbell joins from Standard Life Investments where he worked as head of regional client marketing and has over 20 years experience in the finance industry. He has previously worked at Friends Life, Blackrock and Fidelity International.
