Lee Ramsden has 13 years’ professional experience and the firm says he will be responsible for developing new client relationships and building upon Brown Shipley’s established client base in the North West.
Mr Ramsden joins from Barclays Wealth, where he was a private banker and wealth planner for over six years assisting a number of HNW individuals.
His experience includes managing a client portfolio of over £250m and he brings “a range of key skills covering investment strategies, wealth structuring and complex planning structures.”
Prior to Barclays, Mr Ramsden also held the roles of senior wealth planning manager at Lloyds Bank and wealth advisor at Towry over a six year period.

Mr Ramsden’s appointment follows the recent hiring of Richard McGregor to the new role of national head of Court of Protection.
