The number of poorly-performing investment funds ‘named and shamed’ by Bestinvest’s ‘Spot The Dog’ report has halved over the past 6 months from 150 down to 77.

Bestinvest’s latest ‘Spot the Dog’ report on the worst performing funds reveals that investors have nearly £44bn tied up in underperforming investments.

New research from Willis Owen has revealed that eight of the worst-performing UK ‘dog’ funds of 2018 experienced a “significant” rebound of up to 19% this year.
