National financial advisory firm Foster Denovo has been shortlisted in the Silver Employer of the year 50-249 category at the Investors in People Awards. 

The awards process is led by a team of professionals and celebrates the best people management practices amongst Investors in People-accredited businesses.
 
The firm hailed being nominated as “a great achievement for Foster Denovo and builds on the awarding of the IIP Silver accreditation earlier this year.”

The company impressed the panel through initiatives such as its employee-led group ‘The Voice’, which has been developed to "support and maximise inclusivity within the business."

The group represents a range of age, gender, location and seniority of staff members and provides a vehicle to enhance communications, take pulse surveys and promote inclusivity.
