Lindsay Hudson is to join Aegon Asset Management as head of inclusion and diversity from Invesco where she has worked since 2015.
She joins from Invesco where she was EMEA head of diversity & inclusion since 2018 and established the company’s inclusion and diversity programme.
She joined Invesco as EMEA operations governance manager in 2015. Previously she also worked at discretionary investment manager Courtiers Investment Services as head of acquisitions and head of sales and operations. She also held several roles during ten years at Perpetual Unity Trust Management including involvement in the integration of the Perpetual and Invesco businesses.
At Aegon Asset Management she will engage internally on inclusion and diversity issues as well as advocating for change externally.
Based in the UK, she will hold global responsibility for inclusion and diversity across Aegon Asset Management.
