AXA Wealth and Architas named IFP lead corporate members
AXA Wealth and Architas have been announced as lead corporate members of the Institute of Financial Planning.
The two firms will be lead corporate members for the next 12 months until July 2014 and also sponsor the IFP Annual Conference in September.
This will take place at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, Wales from 30 September-2 October.
Both firms have already been involved with and supported the IFP for several years.
Steve Gazzard, chief operating officer at IFP comments: "These are exciting times for the development of the Financial Planning profession as it continues to gain increasing recognition as a profitable and sustainable business model ideally suited to the post-RDR world.
"We welcome the support and commitment of both AXA Wealth and Architas by becoming IFP platinum corporate members. We are really looking forward to working together with them over the next year to build an even brighter future for this thriving profession and for the clients that it serves."

Nick Lee, head of strategic partnerships, Elevate, AXA Wealth, said: "We have been closely involved with the IFP for a number of years. As we step up our commitment by becoming IFP's lead corporate member along with Architas for the next twelve months, we look forward to working even more closely with the IFP over that period.
"In particular, we're really excited to be the joint lead sponsor of the IFP annual conference taking place later this year. This is a key event for the Financial Planning profession, bringing together expertise and thought leadership from across the spectrum and it's one we are proud to support."
Other IFP corporate members include Prudential, Novia and Transact.
