Financial Planner and high net worth specialist Lockhart Capital Management has received minority investment from private equity firm Northcote Equity.

Lockhart remains majority owned and controlled by its employees, with the founding partners and wider management team retaining a significant ownership stake.
Jon Bowes, CEO and founding partner at Lockhart Capital Management, said: “Since founding Lockhart, our ambition has always been to build an enduring business that can support clients and their families for generations. This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver on that ambition.
“Northcote shares our long-term outlook and our belief that exceptional client outcomes are built on independence, trusted relationships and consistently high standards of advice. Their investment gives us additional resources to invest in our people, technology and future growth, while preserving the qualities that make Lockhart distinctive."
