Fast-growing national Financial Planning firm Finli Group acquired five adviser firms in the second quarter of 2026, it reported today.
The company said it has now completed 18 acquisitions this year.
The five acquisitions completed in the third quarter were:
• Leabold Financial Management, Abercynon
• Donald Watt, Falkirk
• Paul Simons FS, Glasgow
• Steve Bonell, Sheffield
• Simms Raymond, Boreham Wood
The cost of the acquisitions was not disclosed and the firm did not reveal the assets under management of its new acquisitions.
The latest deals span Wales, Scotland, Yorkshire, and Hertfordshire, which Finli said reinforces its nationwide presence and its approach of supporting clients locally within a national Financial Planning group.
James Bryce, Finli’s chief acquisitions officer, said: “Our acquisitions this quarter demonstrate further the role Finli can play for owners of advice businesses of all different sizes, and in all different parts of the country, who are considering their next step.
“With 18 acquisitions completed this year, we carry on building our presence across the UK. Crucially, though, each deal brings a responsibility to make the handover seamless for clients and to ensure trust earned over decades is matched by the service we provide in the years ahead.”
Finli serves more than 25,000 clients nationally and has a team of more than 125 Financial Planners.
Milton Keynes-based Finli Group was established in 2021 under the name Solomon Capital Holdings by former Quilter Financial Planning CEO Andy Thompson and CFO Darren Sharke. The firm is backed by private equity firm JC Flowers & Co.
