The Financial Planning software company Prestwood has signed up former IFP President Julie Lord as a director.
Paul Etheridge, who was founder President of the IFP and is current chairman of Prestwood, invited Ms Lord to join the board. He hopes that her breadth of knowledge and many years of experience in the Financial Planning profession will help Prestwood expand user numbers.
Ms Lord is a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Planning and has over 25 years’ experience within the financial services industry.
Her previous roles included senior client partner at Towry and managing director at Cavendish Financial Management.

Mr Etheridge said: “Julie Lord is a very successful, fee-based Financial Planner, a past president of the Institute of Financial Planning and an enthusiastic user of Prestwood Financial Planning software for the past 23 years.
“I invited Julie to join the board of Prestwood and her energy and dynamism will, I’m sure, deliver an enhanced service to Prestwood users, and indeed, increase our user numbers.”

Prestwood Software is part of The Prestwood Group, founded by Paul Etheridge MBE. Its software is developed by Financial Planners for Financial Planners.
