The former President of the Institute of Financial Planning (now part of the CISI) Marlene Outrim has shared some of her secrets to building enduring relationships with clients with Financial Planning Today magazine.

In the latest edition of the magazine, Marlene Outrim shares her journey from a probation officer to a 30-year career as a Financial Planner and author of two personal finance books.

Before becoming a Certified Financial Planner and founder of UNIQ Family Wealth Ms Outrim was a probation officer for 13 years and says many of the people skills she learned during that time have been invaluable.
