Consolidator Futura Financial Services has acquired Jones Financial of Norwich for an undisclosed amount.

Jones Financial will continue to operate from its Norwich premises, with the existing team remaining in place, led by managing director Simon Jones.

The firm was founded in 2001 to offer Financial Planning and wealth management services to individuals and families across the East of England, including Essex and Sussex.

Futura said the acquisition strengthens its presence in the region and represents a further step in its strategy to bring together high-calibre regional advisory firms while preserving their local identity and enhancing their ability to grow.

Under Futura’s ownership, integration will focus on strengthening technology, compliance and operational support to allow future growth while safeguarding the firm’s trusted local presence.

Futura was established in 2020, to offer advisers technology platforms and central investment propositions, and administrative and operational services and support.

The Futura Group comprises 10 firms across the UK with 37 advisers and a combined AUM of £1.7bn.

Firms that are already part of the group include Simpson Kelly Associates in Pontefract, Prosperity Financial Solutions of Glasgow, Bulley Davey Wealth Management of Spalding, and Milne Pension & Investment Management of Worthing.
