Adviser platform Nucleus has launched a charitable foundation which will encourage more women to become Financial Planners.

SIPP and SSAS provider Curtis Banks confirmed today that it was in “advanced discussions” about a possible offer being made for the business by platform provider Nucleus.

There are more changes at the top at adviser platform Nucleus as it appoints two new independent non-executive directors (NEDs) to its board.

Gordon Wilson has been appointed chair of adviser platform Nucleus, to replace outgoing chair Mark Dearsley.
