The Australian-owned wrap platform Praemium, used by a number of UK Financial Planners, is to sell off its UK and international operations after receiving approaches from potential buyers.

Platform provider Praemium has opened an office in the Scottish Centre of Fintech Excellence in Edinburgh as part of international expansion plans.

The discretionary investment manager PortfolioMetrix has begun a ‘strategic partnership’ with platform Praemium which will combine PortfolioMetrix’s investment planning tools and Premium’s suite of investment platform services.
