Wealth manager and Financial Planning firm Saltus has appointed former Hiscox chief executive Bronek Masojada as chairman to support the firm’s growth agenda.

Private equity firm Preservation Capital Partners (PCP) is to take a majority stake in wealth manager and Financial Planning firm Saltus for an undisclosed sum.

Parmenion, the platform acquired for £102m last week, is to invest in its own proprietary technology rather than follow other platforms in using third party ‘platform engine’ providers such as FNZ.
