National Financial Planner Wren Sterling has completed its first acquisition of 2024 with a deal to buy £265m AUM Newcastle-under-Lyme firm TW Financial Planning.

Expanding national Financial Planning firm Wren Sterling has relaunched its employee benefits business under a new brand called Workplace.

Wren Sterling’s summer acquisitions have added £400m AUM to the firm after it took over Guildford-based IFA Messer & Matthews in July and in August acquired a majority stake in Cornwall-based The Stockdale Group.

Wren Sterling has acquired Cornwall-based Financial Planning firm Stockdale & Co.
