Lync Wealth Management, part of 7IM, has acquired West Midlands-based Financial Planner TKV Financial Management.
Lynch says the deal will strengthen its presence in the West Midlands and boost its Assets under Advice (AuA) in the region to about £200m.
TKV is based in Kingswinford and serves clients across the West Midlands. It is known for its personalised approach to Financial Planning, retirement advice, pensions and investments.
TKV will adopt Lync branding.
Lync says existing TKV clients will continue to work with the same advisers and support team based at TKV's Kingswinford office.
The acquisition will add to Lync's existing regional footprint, following its acquisition of fellow Kingswinford firm Hayden Kilkelly Independent Financial Advisers in June. It follows two recent acquisitions in Belfast - Carleton Financial Planning and RJ Savage Asset Management.
Lync now has 22 offices with 112 advisers, serving clients holding a total of £4bn in Assets under Advice (AuA).
Lync says the deal forms part of its aim to build one of the UK's "leading wealth management businesses" through a combination of organic growth, adviser recruitment and further acquisitions.
Tim Veiro, independent financial adviser and director at TKV, said: "Finding a partner that shares our values and our client-first approach mattered enormously to us, and Lync gives us exactly that. Our clients will continue to work with the same trusted faces, from the same Kingswinford office, backed now by the resources and expertise of a national business."
Agustin Fernandez, chief corporate development officer at 7IM and Lync, said: "We're delighted to welcome TKV Financial Management to the Lync family. There's a strong cultural and strategic fit between our businesses, both built on long-term client relationships and personalised advice, and we're committed to supporting the Kingswinford team and their clients for years to come."
