The ranks of Financial Planning firms joining a campaign to raise awareness of the profession are swelling.

Across the country 56 Financial Planning surgeries for the general public have been announced. The number has risen by over 20 in a week, as momentum builds for Financial Planning Week.
The IFP has encouraged as many firms to offer the surgeries as possible. The campaign, designed to make the general population more aware of Financial Planning and how it can help them in their lives, takes place from 23 to 29 November.

Sue Whitbread, IFP communications director, said: "We are thrilled so many firms are offering free Financial Planning surgeries this year and the number is set to grow.
"We're particularly pleased to have near-national coverage from firms such as Mazars. Any more firms wishing to take part can get in touch for details."
IFP President Rebecca Taylor CFPCM said: "This is our big chance to get out and shout about the power of Financial Planning and encourage the general public to see for themselves what we can do for them.
"There is only so much that the IFP team in Bristol and our Financial Planning Week public relations agency Holt PR can do without support from us, the IFP members.
"If you haven't already thought about getting involved there's still time and I urge you to do so. The more of us that give a little bit of our time and expertise the greater the impact. There are lots of ways to do it, most of which are simple – and fun too."
