Paraplanners are heading to the CISI Paraplanner Conference, which gets under way today. 

Last week organisers revealed they were expecting “close to 100” to attend.

The event, which takes place today and tomorrow, will also see 17 speakers and will qualify as eight structured CPD hours.

CISI head of Financial Planning, Jacqueline Lockie, said: “We are expecting close to 100 attendees, with 17 speakers and eight structured CPD hours and we are particularly excited to have, all the way from Canada, Mana Habibian of Venngage.”

Among those speaking at the conference, which will be held at the Crowne Plaza, Stratford-Upon-Avon, will be Dan Atkinson APP MCSI, head of Technical, EQ Investors and Rebecca Tuck APP Chartered MCSI, Paraplanner, Magenta Financial Planning, who will be sharing her career journey as a Paraplanner.
