Fast-growing Financial Planning firm Perspective Financial Group has notched up five further acquisitions, bringing approximately £600m of assets under advice, seven advisers, 22 employees and three new offices.
The deals take Perspective's total acquisitions completed this year to 19.
The new firms joining the group are Carlton Smith Private Wealth, Novus Wealth Management Ltd, Annandale Financial Services LLP, Plumb Financial Services and Shand Associates Ltd. The cost of the acquisitions has not been disclosed.
Carlton Smith Private Wealth joins from Stowmarket after more than 25 years of experience helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals through comprehensive Financial Planning.
Novus Wealth Management becomes Perspective's new Wynyard office, while Annandale Financial Services strengthens the group's presence in Scotland as its second office north of the border.
The clients of Plumb Financial Services and Shand Associates will be welcomed into Perspective’s existing offices, ensuring continuity of advice while creating opportunities for advisers and staff across the group, it said.

Perspective Financial Group is a national firm of whole of market financial advisers. It has acquired more than 135 firms since 2008, including 29 in 2024, 20 in 2025 and 19 in 2026.
In the first quarter of the year it acquired six Financial Planning firms as part of an expansion drive. In December it announced takeovers of three firms, adding £650m in assets under management, 1,800 households as clients and 36 new employees.

Perspective completed five acquisitions in December 2024, adding £375m of assets under advice.
