The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has hosted its first in-person graduation ceremony since the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic with more than 330 attending the event.

The PFS member graduation ceremony - for Chartered Financial Planners and Fellows of the PFS - was hosted at Central Hall Westminster in London last week.

The PFS, part of the Chartered Insurance Institute, is the professional body for Chartered Financial Planners and others working in Financial Planning and financial services.

It had previously paused graduations due to the Coronavirus pandemic, resulting in a large rise in graduates over the pandemic period with 2,050 qualifying members in comparison to 484 in 2019.

A total of 334 graduates chose to attend the ceremony with 171 Chartered Financial Planner graduates, 4 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning graduates and 159 Fellowship graduates attending two graduation ceremonies.
