Chorley-based True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners has been awarded an Investors in People Gold Standard for the fourth time.

Investors in People is a global benchmark for people management which recognises firms that consistently meet high standards in leading/inspiring people, delivering continuous improvement for staff and managing performance.

Only 17% of organisations that apply achieve the Gold level.

The North-West based firm has held the Investors in People Gold Awards consistently since 2012 and claims to be one of the first Financial Planners to receive the recognition.

To apply for a standard, firms must submit detailed data and take part in interviews and employee questionnaires.

True Bearing holds Chartered status with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

The firm provides Financial Planning services on pensions, investments, financial protection, and inheritance planning for over 7,000 clients with £569m under advice.
