Fintech and Financial Planner CRM provider Plannr has launched a new mobile app for clients.
The Wealth Portal by Plannr app will enable clients to communicate securely with their adviser.
It will also offer the ability to view live portfolio valuations, complete embedded risk assessments, fill out forms, authorise applications, access important documents, book meetings with their adviser and share life updates.
The app is included free of charge with a Plannr licence and can be offered with optional white labelling. White labelling comes with a £2,000 annual fee.
It is available now on IOS and Android.
The app is built on an API-first open architecture basis. The open architecture means that it is built using standardised, publicly-available components, allowing for easy integration with other tools.
Nick Harper, director of Plannr Technologies, said: “We’re incredibly proud to deliver a fully integrated client portal experience on mobile. It’s not something firms need to bolt on or manage separately, it’s already there, working seamlessly as part of the Plannr platform.”
The launch is one of several developments in recent months for Plannr. Plannr partnered with SmartSearch in July to add anti-money laundering (AML) verification and monitoring technology to its platform.
The integration will allow Financial Planning firms using Plannr, which provides Financial Planning software, to carry out compliance checks and client onboarding processes within their day-to-day workflows on the CRM platform.
In May Plannr launched an integration with AI platform Advisory AI to automate client documentation. Other integrations include SECCL, Fidelity, Nucleus, and Selectapension.
Plannr is 25% owned by fintech firm Fintel which is also the parent firm for Defaqto and SimplyBiz. It was launched in 2024 to challenge the likes of established CRM firms such as Intelliflo, IRESS and Time4Advice.
