Quilter has welcomed 124 newly-qualified advisers who graduated in 2025 through its Academy.
The advisers graduated at a ceremony held earlier this month at The Bloomsbury Hotel in London.
Quilter chief executive Steven Levin and academy director Chris Jones outlined the importance of continued professional support as graduates begin their careers in advice.
The firm said its Academy continues to attract candidates from a broad range of sectors with recent graduates coming from the military and navy, professional sport, hospitality and senior management roles.
The different backgrounds and experiences reflect the firm’s aim of widening access to financial advice and encouraging people to retrain at different career stages, it said.
The Quilter Academy was created from the evolution of the Quilter Financial Adviser School. It now combines Level 4 qualification training with structured development programmes to support the transition into practice and has helped more than 500 advisers enter the profession to date.
Chris Jones, academy director at Quilter, said: “Graduating from the Academy is a significant achievement and this cohort should be proud of the standards they have reached. Retraining for a new profession is demanding, and they have shown the focus and resilience needed to build long‑term careers in financial advice.
"What stands out is the breadth of experience they bring with them. That diversity will strengthen the support we provide to clients and help address the growing need for high‑quality regulated advice across the UK. I’m looking forward to seeing the contribution they make as they move into practice and to supporting their development as they progress.”
