US-owned wealth manager and Financial Planner Raymond James has appointed Spiros Kurtidis as combined head of marketing as part of a reorganisation of its team following its acquisition of Charles Stanley.
Mr Kurtidis joins later this month from Quilter Cheviot where he was head of marketing, having spent 15 years with the Quilter brand.
He joins with a remit to lead the combined Raymond James business, bringing together existing marketing teams from the brand and from recently acquired Charles Stanley.
He will report to newly appointed chief commercial officer Anna Pollins.
Ms Pollins said: “As we continue to build an integrated wealth management business, combining investment management and financial planning solutions to meet a broader range of client needs, communicating the value of our proposition has never been more important.
“Spiros will play an important role in raising awareness of the breadth of our capabilities, supporting the attraction of entrepreneurial wealth managers and helping drive growth across both our wealth management and asset management businesses.”
She added that marketing will play an important role in its ambition to become the leading wealth management firm in the UK.
Raymond James acquired fellow wealth manager Charles Stanley in 2022, in a deal worth approximately £280m, and is still continuing the process of uniting the two teams under a single Raymond James brand.
Raymond James oversees £53.6bn in assets under management and administration in the UK and is part of Raymond James Financial, a US-headquartered firm with more than $1.92trn (£1.45trn) in client assets as at 22 July 2026.
The wealth manager first entered the UK market in 2001 as Raymond James Investment Services.
