Tony McMenamin has joined Serenity Financial Planning, which specialises in offering clients full financial life planning.
Mr McMenamin will bring more than 25 years of industry experience to London-based Serenity.
He previously spent a decade at IFA investment platform firm Transact, as well as working for a fund management company and pension provider.
He holds a number of advanced financial planning qualifications covering taxation, trusts, personal Financial Planning and investment planning.
He has also completed the Kinder Institute’s life planning training.
Mr McMenamin, who lives in Burley, in Wharfedale, said: “I was keen to move back into providing financial advice and being independent is hugely important to me.
“I considered several options, but Serenity really stood out from the crowd.
“Serenity’s approach is about enhancing a person’s entire life, rather than just improving their wealth.
“The company has a strong focus on evidence-based investing, as well as placing lots of emphasis on life planning to help people achieve a solid work life balance so they can stop worrying about money and live life to the full.”
