Adviser support network SimplyBiz has partnered with Usay Compare to offer a private medical insurance (PMI) referral service to its members.

The partnership will offer advisers a PMI referral route for complex cases and more general PMI cover for advisers who do not offer PMI as a core business area.

Advisers will also have access to a client portal service to help keep track of quotes and cases.

Usay Compare is the UK’s largest PMI specialist.

SimplyBiz provides support services, software and data to financial advisers, financial intermediaries and product providers to deliver better outcomes for their customers. The network currently has 3,000 advice firm members.

SimplyBiz is part of fintech and support services firm Fintel which also owns Defaqto.

Fintel reported a 4% rise in total revenue growth in 2022 despite what it termed “the challenging macroeconomic climate.” 

Revenue growth climbed £2.6m to £66.5m for the year to 31 December.
