Titan Wealth buys London HNW adviser Wigmore
Expanding wealth manager and Financial Planer Titan Wealth has completed the acquisition of HNW-client focused London-based investment adviser Wigmore Associates Wealth Management for an undisclosed sum.
Titan Wealth says the deal will boost its total assets under management or advice to over £17.4bn.
Wigmore was founded by William Orenstein in 1999 and is based in London’s West End.
The firm provides portfolio management services as well as pension, tax planning and inheritance tax advice to individuals, trusts, pension schemes, family offices and charities.
Wigmore says it work with HNW clients “in high value and complex circumstances” with a focus on tax efficiency. It provides tailored portfolios for clients.

Titan has been on the acquisition trail in recent months. In April it snapped up £4bn AUM Bristol Financial Planner Aspira and Norwich-based Financial Planning firm Loveday & Partners which has around £600m of AUM.
Titan Wealth offers custody, platform, discretionary fund management and Financial Planning. It is targeting £50 billion in assets under administration over the next three to five years and assets under management of £40 billion.
In March it completed its acquisition of North Eastern IFA Prism Financial Advice, adding £630m in assets under management. In October the firm acquired North East IFA Prism Financial Advice, adding £630m in AUM to its books. In June it acquired investment research and consultancy firm Square Mile for an undisclosed sum.
Titan has also acquired the UK investment management arm of investment services provider Ravenscroft for an undisclosed sum and acquired Chartered Financial Planning firm Telford Mann for an undisclosed sum.
Titan is backed by Parthenon Capital Partners and Ares Management. Its management team includes James Kaberry, an entrepreneur and founder of Pantheon Financial Management and Andrew Fearon, founder of a UK IFA consolidator.
