Towry promotes four managers to new national roles
Towry has created four new national senior roles to improve links between business units.
The firm said the change was designed to reflect the company's growing client focus.
The roles have been given to four of the firm's existing regional wealth advice managers.
Jon Bowes will become head of client advice, Neil Homer will become head of client delivery, Andy Springall will become head of client development and Rob Chandler will become head of client acquisition.
All four will all be responsible for the national success of their respective areas of responsibility.
Mr Bowes will work from London, Mr Homer and Mr Springall from Birmingham and Mr Chandler in Exeter.

Andy Cowan, head of wealth advice, said: "We see this transition as a very exciting step for our business, and one which reflects Towry's commitment to place our clients at the heart of everything we do.
"In their new roles, Jon, Neil, Andy and Rob will be able to sharpen the focus of the service we deliver to clients; improve the quality of the advice we give; improve the degree to which clients are benefitting from all elements of our proposition and focus on the effort to attract new clients to the business."
There will be no changes in the firm's other business areas.
