Transact FUD climbs to record £64.1bn
Integrafin, the parent company of adviser platform Transact, has reported record funds under direction on the platform of £64.1bn for the three months to the end of September.
The figure climbed 3% during the quarter and 17% over the past year.
The group published the figures in its Q4 trading update today. The company also reported a record average daily FUD of £63bn for the fourth quarter, up from £55bn over the same period in 2023.
It said net inflows to Transact were £0.8bn and gross inflows £2.2bn. Net inflows represented 5.1% of opening FUD for the quarter annualised.
A record high number of advisers registered on the platform, growing 5% year on year to around 8,000, up from 7,700. There was 2% growth year on year in the client base on the platform with 235,000 clients registered, up from 230,300.
Alex Scott, IHP group chief executive said: "We have seen continued positive momentum with another strong quarter of net inflows. This quarter was the highest of the financial year for net inflows, despite macroeconomic challenges and a period of heightened withdrawals in the sector.
“We have also reached record numbers of registered clients and advisers.”
He said the company’s growth is proof of Transact's long-term attractiveness to advisers “which is grounded in, and driven by, our continued award-winning service and proprietary technology delivery.”
Looking ahead he said the company is “well-positioned” but “we remain cautious as we await the potential impact of the Autumn Budget and the outcome of the US elections on investor sentiment.”
He said total group revenue is expected to be around £145m for the year.
Transact has made some recent changes to its offering. Earlier this month it linked with fintech provider Moneyinfo to offer what it calls a new approach to document delivery.
