Wealth manager True Potential has joined Origo’s Integration Hub to bring automated, 'data-rich' daily valuations from multiple providers into advisers' workflows, it said today.
The firm said the integration reinforced its commitment to investing in technology.
Earlier this year, the firm launched its Cash Savings product in association with Bondsmith. That followed the launch of Indigo Smart Assistant, True Potential’s AI tool, which automates meeting capture, fact-find completion, client communications and compliance checking.
True Potential said research has found that poor service delivery from platforms impacts 91% of advisers every day, with 88% of advisers having to apologise to at least one client on behalf of a platform in the past 12 months. It said reducing the friction caused by manual data processes is behind its integration with Origo.
It said advisers whose back-office software is connected to the Origo Hub will benefit from wider provider coverage, automated daily valuation updates and reduced reliance on manual valuation requests within their existing system.
The service is available at no additional cost for advisers and can be activated on an opt-in basis, with no new systems or processes to learn.
Gregg Lang, chief executive officer of True Potential Adviser Services, said: “For today’s advisers, choosing a back-office partner is about making a decision on where they want to be in five years and how to remove some of the obstacles that stand between them and their clients.
“Manual valuation requests are exactly that kind of obstacle – time-consuming, error-prone and entirely avoidable. Our partnership with Origo will give advisers even more time to focus on what they do best – giving brilliant advice.”
