Verve Group launches back-office solution
Support services provider The Verve Group has launched a new back-office dashboard.
Dextera will allow Financial Planners to manage compliance, team, training and business operations from a single dashboard through a series of integrations.
It also provides a framework and central place to collaborate on regulatory and operational projects.
The technology went live to existing clients in July and is now available as standalone technology.
Verve said it is currently scheduling future releases which will include integrations with other software popular with Financial Planning firms.
The firm is offering a seven day free trial.
Cathi Harrison, chief executive of The Verve Group, said: “I know first-hand the challenges of running and growing a business. Wanting to see everything that’s happening at my firm in one place. Needing proactive reminders of key business functions. Getting some additional, flexible resource as and when needed. These aren’t challenges exclusive to advice firms; they apply to all businesses.
“With the launch of Dextera, firms can operate their actual back office functions (regulation, business operations, team management) from a single place and with the planned integrations, all their key information will also sit on a single dashboard.
“Dextera is unique in providing a business view – not just focusing on clients and their assets – and my belief is that a central place to see the important highlights in a firm is more important than us trying to build a single piece of tech that does absolutely everything.”
Dextera has been developed in house by the support services provider over the past two years.
Verve said by developing the technology in-house they have full control over the direction of all future developments.
Dextera has pricing tiers based off the number of users, raging from 1 user at £75 + VAT to 11-20 users at £225 + VAT. For firms with over 21 users pricing will be bespoke.
Any human support needed is charged separately through the system.
