Women’s progress in finance slows
Over 400 financial services firms have signed up to support the Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter but there are signs the progress women have made into moving into more senior positions is beginning to plateau.
The average level of female representation in senior management within financial services remained flat at 33% in 2021.
