Lee Hartley, founder of expanding Financial Planner and wealth manager Fairstone, has stepped down from the board and from his position as deputy chair.

Fairstone Group has appointed former Aldermore Bank CEO Steven Cooper as its new chief executive officer.

Expanding Financial Planner and wealth manager Fairstone is to appoint a new, as yet unnamed, chief executive to replace founder Lee Hartley.
