Aberdeen Asset Management roadshows look at evolving sector
Aberdeen Asset Management has unveiled the agenda for its latest roadshows, in association with the Institute of Financial Planning.
The three 'Adviser Intelligence' sessions will take place in Harrogate on 30 April, Solihull on 1 May and London on 2 May.
The two-hour sessions look at evolving Financial Planning tools, investment solutions and best business practice.
There will be a session on the evolving role of the Paraplanner given by Jane Holt in Harrogate and Birmingham and Richard Allum in London. Ms Holt, Paraplanner at Mackenzie Financial Planning, was winner of the IFP Paraplanner of the Year award in 2012.

A session on transitioning businesses will take the form of an adviser case study and look at how to run a successful and profitable business.
This will be given by Paul Armson from Inspiring Advisers in Harrogate and Alan Smith, director at Capital Asset Management, in Birmingham and London.
A panel session will debate the merits of outsourced investment options. Nick Cann, IFP chief executive, in Birmingham and London and Clive Waller from CWC Research, will chair this debate.
Panellists will be Colin Wilcox from the Financial Services Authority, Graham Dow from Standard Life, James Millard from Old Mutual Wealth and Lee Robertson from Investment Quorum.
