IFA network Rosemount Financial Solutions has renewed its partnership with mental health services provider Six Mental Health Addiction.
Six MHA is a mental health service established by ex-England and Arsenal footballer Tony Adams which provides bespoke workplace wellbeing support.
Services range from seminars and awareness programmes to promoting mentally healthy workspaces and workshops and training days.
It delivers a confidential helpline, available around the clock, operated by a team of medical professionals. Users can also utilise its addiction recovery solutions.
The partnership opens the services offered by Six MHA to members of the Rosemount network and their families, as well as the network’s staff. The network first began working with the mental health service in 2024.
Ahmed Bawa, CEO of Rosemount Financial, said the response from its own team since it added the service has demonstrated that Six MHA is already making a positive impact.
He said: “Working in financial advice can be incredibly stressful, with unpredictable workloads putting a strain on mental health. As a network we are determined to do whatever we can to relieve some of that burden, and promote best practice on mental health across the industry.”
Paraplanners have also reported suffering from increased pressures on their mental health. Nearly a quarter (23%) of those surveyed by Scottish Widows in November reported a negative impact on their mental health, with 18% saying it had dampened their desire to remain in the industry.
Rosemount is not the first business in the adviser space to partner with a mental health service.
Titan Wealth partnered with Looseheadz in June, a mental health charity which works to improve mental health and wellbeing in, and around, rugby. Since it was founded in 2017, it has provided support to 1,300 clubs in 26 countries.
Rosemount was founded in 2004 as Mortgage Solutions for You, but rebranded to Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) Ltd in 2006.
