AHR Private Clients appoints trio of HNW advisers
Financial Planner and wealth manager AHR Private Clients (AHR) has appointed three advisers to its new private client business based in Surrey.
Tom Aykin, Chartered FCSI, joins AHR as private client director. He joins from Seven Investment Management and brings eight years’ experience in the wealth management space, both as a Chartered Wealth Planner and investment manager.
Darryl Gilder, also joins AHR as a private client director. He joins from Coutts, where he spent seven years, most recently as a private bank manager.
Raj Sachdev joins the team from Sun Global Investment as a private client director. He has over a decade of experience in the UK and abroad, having spent time working for the National Bank of Abu Dhabi.

Together, they bring a wealth of international financial management experience and we expect to deploy this to provide a high quality and holistic package of services to our clients.”
The new private client business was launched last month to focus on providing holistic, independent advice to high and ultra-high net worth individuals across the UK.
It aims to recruit 20 financial advisers over the next 12 months and reach 50 advisers within 36 months.
The business is looking to recruit more advisers with a successful IFA background as well as individuals from a banking background and is offering a salary and bonus structure, as well as additional “value” on their retirement.
