Sipp provider AJ Bell has announced a series of national seminars on challenges for advisers post-RDR.
The sessions, taking place from 4-6 March, will look at how the platform market and advisers have needed to evolve to meet new demands.
Speakers at the sessions include Mike Morrison, head of platform marketing at AJ Bell, Mark Polson from The Lang Cat, Simon Hynes, UK wholesale director, and James Crossley, strategic alliances director, from Jupiter and Nick Blake, head of retail at Vanguard, a corporate member of the Institute of Financial Planning.
Topics covered will include regulation, platforms and platform pricing, due diligence, clean share classes and ETFs.

Billy Mackay, marketing director at AJ Bell, said: "This is an interesting period where all parties involved in platforms have to face up to dealing with change. The seminars will provide advisers with the opportunity to hear first-hand from senior people dealing with the practical challenges facing platforms and fund groups. Importantly, advisers attending will be provided with a range of insights into how they can position their business to benefit from this period of change."
Half-day sessions will be held in Glasgow on 4 March, Manchester in the morning of 5 March, Birmingham in the afternoon of 5 March and London on 6 March.
