Wealth manager Canaccord Wealth has hired four experienced wealth planners, including three Chartered Financial Planners, to bolster its wealth management teams around the country.
Three have been appointed to London with one appointed to Birmingham.
The firm said the appointments, "enhance its integrated approach to wealth management, bringing together investment management and Financial Planning to help clients."
Joining the firm's London office are Sarah Hendry, Chris Hallam and Ben Holland, with Stuart Pryor joining the company's Birmingham team. The four have expertise across Financial Planning, retirement planning, tax efficient investing, estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfer.
Ms Hendry is a Chartered Financial Planner who has joined Canaccord from Connor Broadley, where she had worked for seven years. She had previously worked at Duncan Lawrie Private Banking and Arbuthnot Latham.
Mr Latham was head of Financial Planning at First Wealth for a year and a half, before which he was a Chartered Financial Planner at Moore Kingston Smith and the Credo Group. Before that he was a Financial Planner at the Tilney Group.
Mr Pryor has been a Chartered Financial Planner for 14 years, working in the role at firms across the Midlands including at Henwood Court, Redbourne Wealth, Coutts, and most recently at Hymans Robertson.
Mr Holland joined from Amicus Wealth, where he had worked as a client account manager and consultant for four years. On his LinkedIn profile he describes himself as “a keen endurance athlete” who “regularly trains for marathons and Ironman events.”
The expanded team will work closely with investment managers and specialists across the business to provide tailored long-term advice.
