Cashflow modelling deal: Transact and Prestwood team up
Transact has revealed it is teaming up with Prestwood to integrate its Truth cashflow modelling tools.
The platform said it was continuing to include some of the ‘most popular’ cashflow tools around, following a similar deal with CashCalc in August.
A Transact statement read: “Prestwood has now developed integration that allows you to use information about your clients’ Transact Portfolios in Truth, its cashflow modelling software.
“This service is now available to users of both Truth and Prestwood Professional.
“The integration will deliver increased efficiency, thereby enabling financial planners to have more time to build relationships with clients.”
Jonathan Gunby, chief development officer at Transact, said: “We look forward to the operational benefits that connectivity to Prestwood’s cashflow modelling will bring. We are constantly striving to extend our services to planners and this integration further refines our offer to meet their ever-changing needs.”
Ritchie Walton, managing director of Prestwood, said: “By building relevant links with other market-leading firms, financial planners no longer have to compromise with ‘one size fits all’ technology but can access ‘best of breed’ solutions to offer comprehensive, lifelong cashflow modelling as part of their financial planning service to clients.”
Paul Etheridge, chairman of Prestwood, said: “Prestwood is committed to leading the profession with sophisticated best of breed solutions and we continue to develop and evolve our service with the help of feedback and support from our users.”
