CII awards prizes for exam performance
The Chartered Insurance Institute, parent organisation of The Personal Finance Society, has awarded 33 prizes for performance in its exams during 2022.
Around 4,000 professionals were entered into the awards across the insurance and personal finance sectors, including Financial Planners.
Entry was automatic for every CII exam candidate who completed a test or submitted coursework during the year.
The winner of the Worshipful Company of Insurers Prize for best result in the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning qualification went to Joanna Bambrough of Compliance & Training Solutions Ltd.
The winner of the Layborn Prize for the best result in the Pensions and Retirement Planning unit R04 was Matthew Davies of Pettecrew Financial Planning.
The Worshipful Company of Insurers Prize for the best result in the Diploma in Financial Planning qualification was awarded to Thomas Walker of True Potential.
Paraplanners were also among the winners including Georgia Whittle of Rouse Ltd who was awarded the Certificate in Paraplanning prize for the best result in the Certificate in Paraplanning qualification.
Other awards were presented to candidates in the insurance and other financial sectors.
The 33 winners received a cash prize of up to £1,000 and a certificate to be presented at their local CII annual dinner.
