Cooper Parry buys third London Financial Planner
Cooper Parry Wealth has acquired London-based Financial Planning firm Future Perfect as it continues its recent acquisition drive.
Future Perfect, founded by Nick Crow and Sue Royle in 2005, provides financial life planning and investment advice to private clients.
Both founders will remain with the firm for at least the next two years.
The deal creates a combined business with over 50 employees and over £1bn of assets under management.
Cooper Parry Wealth is part of accountancy firm Cooper Parry and has made two other London-based Financial Planner acquisitions in recent months.
Stephen Jones, CEO at Cooper Parry Wealth, said: “Right from the first conversations with Future Perfect just over 12 months ago, we realised there was a genuinely likeminded approach. The chemistry and connection felt right. Both firms share a very similar philosophy. As a result, the client experience should be very smooth from the word go.
“This deal underlines our commitment to strategic growth by bringing high quality firms into the Cooper Parry Wealth family.”
Nick Crowe, co-founder Future Perfect, said: “In recent years, we’ve had a good deal of interest from other businesses. We have always had some key non-negotiables. Cooper Parry Wealth ticked every box and plenty more. They are well-established, credible and will provide our long-standing client families with a perfect new home.”
Cooper Parry Wealth partnered with Waterland Private Equity in 2022 to accelerate its plans to hit £4bn AUM by 2027.
Future Perfect were early adopters of cashflow forecasting and low-cost evidence based investing which have provided a foundation to their client service since 2005.
