Duo launch new SSAS provider
Debbie Seaton and Nathan Bridgeman have launched a new SSAS provider, SeaBridge SSAS.
SeaBridge SSAS launched at the start of the month and is headquartered in Leicester.
The provider offers scheme administration, professional trusteeship, technical support, scheme practitioner services, third party administration, consultancy, and a directors pension review service.
There are a choice of fee models ranging from all-inclusive fixed single fee through to menu and hourly charging models.
Ms Seaton and Mr Bridgeman have over 50 years of experience in the SSAS profession.
Mr Bridgeman has over 25 years of commercial experience and SSAS and specialist pension solutions including 9 years with Talbot & Muir as a partner, director and co-owner of their trading and trustee companies. Earlier in his career he spent 10 years with James Hay and Hornbuckle Mitchell in pensions administration, technical, sales and marketing roles.
Most recently he was managing director of group distribution at Embark/Rowanmoor.
Ms Seaton was formerly head of operation for WestBridge Group where she was responsible for the day to day management of the SSAS administration team. Her earlier career included 3 years at Newell Palmer and 3 years at Greyfriars Asset Management where she help day to day responsibility for the SIPP and SSAS administration teams.

SeaBridge said their in-house digital back office system and in-house IT capability should give the firm a “major advantage” over the competition when it comes to future proofing and being pension dashboard ready.
