Former AllianceBernstein CFO joins Janus Henderson as CEO
Janus Henderson has appointed former Alliance Bernstein chief financial officer Ali Dibadjas its new chief executive officer.
Mr Dibadj replaces interim CEO Roger Thompson who has returned to his role as the asset manager’s CFO.
He joins from Alliance Bernstein where he was CFO and head of strategy and where he also served as portfolio manager for AB Equities.
Before joining Alliance Bernstein he spent almost a decade in management consulting.

He was appointed as CFO and head of strategy at Aliiance Bernstein in 2021 where he was previously appointed head of finance and strategy, responsible for overseeing the Financial Planning, tax, treasury, investor relations, strategy and corporate development teams.
He joined Alliance Bernstein’s research division in 2006.
He has 16 years of experience in the asset management industry and 25 years of financial services experience.
