IFP Accredited Firms sweep Financial Planning awards
The Institute of Financial Planning's Accredited Financial Planning Firms triumphed at last night's New Model Adviser awards.
Half of the eight awards were won by Accredited Financial Planning Firms and a further three awards were won by IFP member firms. In total, seven out of the eight awards were won by IFP members.
The first Accredited Firms were Bloomsbury Wealth, led by Jason Butler CFPCM, which won the Greater London award and Central Financial Planning, led by Ian Smith CFPCM, won the Midlands award.
Continuing the Accredited Firms success, Eldon Financial Planning, led by Joss Harwood CFPCM and Tony Connor CFPCM, won the Northern England award and BoulterBowen WealthCare, led by Simon Boulter CFPCM and Mo Bowen CFPCM, won the South West England award.

Both Central Financial Planning and Eldon Financial Planning retained their titles from the previous year.
There was further success for the IFP when Verus Wealth Management, led by Jonathan Gibson CFPCM and Paul Lothian CFPCM, won the Scotland and Northern Ireland category and Thomas and Thomas, led by Darren Lloyd Thomas CFPCM won for Wales, beating stiff competition from Accredited Firm Heron House Financial Management who had previously won the category five times.
The East of England category was won by Beacon Wealth Management, led by East Midlands branch chairman Tony Larkins CFPCM.
The South East category was won by Skerritt Consultants in Brighton.
