IFP awards round up: Bath branch chairman victorious
A raft of winners were announced at the IFP awards ceremony last night.
Andrew Page CFPCM, of Ashcourt Rowan and chair of the IFP Bath branch, was the winner of the 2014 Branch Chairman of the Year Award
This award is made each year to the IFP branch chairman whose contribution has been judged by the IFP as being particularly outstanding over the past year. In 2013, the award was won by Gini Bolton CFPCM chairman of IFP's East Midlands Branch.
Mr Page said: "I was delighted to find out that I had been awarded IFP's branch chairman of the year award. It has been a really good year at the Bath branch and credit is really due to the excellent speakers, a good host in Novia, and most importantly a great bunch of attendees who are always very engaged in the meetings. I am looking forward to the branch growing even more in 2015."
Steve Gazzard CFPCM, CEO of the IFP said: "Our congratulations go to Andy for winning this award which is well deserved. He's done a great job at Bath branch since 2010 and we're really grateful for everything he does for our profession. On behalf of everyone at the IFP in particular our members, I'd like to thank all our branch chairmen for the fantastic job they do in providing the key links between the membership and the IFP.
