IFP outlines the key upcoming events for early 2015
Below is a summary of the key IFP events coming up early in 2015.
The six steps of Financial Planning
Following in the footsteps of the 2014 'discover the difference' Financial Planning day, two more back to basics events focused on the six step Financial Planning process have been added to the programme for 2015. They will provide a real eye opener for those looking to develop their Financial Planning skills and are ideal for you if you are new to Financial Planning or looking to transition. Experienced planners will work through the six steps candidly sharing what they do, how and why. They take place in London on 26 February and Edinburgh on 5 March.

Calling all Accredited Financial Planning FirmsTM
The exclusive Accredited Financial Planning Firms conference takes place in London on Thursday 23 April, following a dinner. The Accredited Firms' committee is working on content and would appreciate the input of firms into the planning. If there are any sessions, speakers or topics you would like to see on the agenda please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. You can be sure that the programme will offer content relevant to the firms as well as the opportunity for you to network with the leaders in the Financial Planning profession - those that are as equally passionate and knowledgeable as you.
Paraplanner exclusive events in 2015
There are two exclusive IFP Paraplanner events on the agenda for 2015. The conference returns to Chesford Grange in Warwick on 20-21 May. A workshop on the afternoon of the 20th will explore pensions and divorce and is followed by a networking dinner that's sure to be fun if last year's is anything to go by. The conference on the 21 May will mix keynote and optional sessions, a variety of high quality relevant technical and practical sessions. The networking is also superb. The Paraplanner CPD workshop takes place in London on 15 September and will be crammed full of technical, meaty content to challenge your thinking. Annual conference 2015
The bar has been set high for conference 2015 which returns to Celtic Manor from the 5-7 October. The IFP and the events committee are busy planning so watch this space for details of speakers and sessions. Put the dates in your diary and make sure you're there. With over 80 per cent rating the 2014 conference as excellent, it's not to be missed.
