IFP Northern Home Counties branch seeks new chairman
The Institute of Financial Planning is seeking a new chairman for the Northern Home Counties branch.
This follows the resignation of current chairman Chris Bowmer CFPCM who has run the branch for the past four years.
Meetings are currently held on the last Wednesday of the month at 2.30pm for two hours in Milton Keynes.
Mr Bowmer said: "It's been a very interesting and an exciting time for the industry. The branch is a nice group of people and the feedback is always good, it's people who are interested in the industry and in our profession.
"Being branch chairman brings you into contact with people who are influential in the industry and gives you kudos and credibility when you are talking to people."
He said the branch covered a wide area and he had members coming from areas such as Amersham, Bicester and Northampton.
