A national adviser firm has opened its 16th branch in 16 years.
LEBC Group, which provides pensions and employee benefits consultancy, has set up another office in Newburn Riverside, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Jeremy MacLeod, chief operating officer of LEBC, said: “We have always had a strong presence in the North East since we started the business in 2000 and the new branch in Newcastle reflects the ongoing growing demand for our services.
“As a business, we have enjoyed excellent growth with both pensions freedom and auto-enrolment providing unprecedented levels of activity.
“LEBC is focusing on customer relations and on technology as it aims to build on the success to date and the doubling turnover in the last seven years. Our approach is all about understanding what clients are thinking and helping them make their own decisions.
“The demands of clients are changing, particularly in terms of how they interact with us and we are developing our technology to help them engage with us when they need us.
“We now have 16 offices spread evenly across the UK and maintain a proactive recruitment programme for qualified and part qualified advisers and Paraplanners along with a graduate scheme. Our aim is to attract the necessary talent to ensure that we are meeting the demands of our growing client base, the business and the ever changing financial services sector.”
LEBC's other branches in the North East are located in Hull and Leeds. Hull celebrated its 10th anniversary earlier this month.
